What we collect

If you fill in the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message. If you ring us we keep a record of the job: your number, the vehicle, the location and what we did.

Why we collect it

To carry out the recovery you asked for, to invoice you, and to deal with any query or insurance claim that follows. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing unless you have asked us to.

How long we keep it

Job records and invoices are kept for six years, which is what Irish tax and limitation law requires. Contact form enquiries that do not turn into jobs are deleted within twelve months.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled they record anonymous, aggregate usage only, meaning which pages get read and where visitors come from, and never anything that identifies you personally.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email us and we will deal with it within one month. If you are not happy with how we handled it you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
